Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell Tour

Explore a most uniquely beautiful area

  • 330 US dollars

About the Tour

Tour is TBD due to covid-19 restrictions on the Navajo Nation. Antelope Canyon is what's called a slot canyon. When you walk up to it's entrance, it's difficult to see until you're at the small crack opening in the ground. After descending the stairs, it opens up like a sandstone cave only with light shining in the form of beams from the top. It's incredibly beautiful and mystical. There are 3 slot canyons that people choose from when they visit. We visit what's called Lower Antelope Canyon which I feel is by far the most scenic. Then we travel to the nearby Lake Powell. This is basically the upper portion of the Grand Canyon damned up into a Lake. Its beauty is unsurpassed as well. We will do a short hike along a bank to give you an opportunity to take it in. This tour also takes more hiking than the rest of the tours. It's about two miles of hiking all together with some hill climbing and stair navigating. The price is $150 for kids under 12. This tour from start to finish is 12 hours long and is a full day of adventure!
